Brightcross unites the community by creating a network of churches, ministries, services and businesses to serve our neighbors in need and transform our culture.

We coordinate initiatives such as "Love Chesapeake", "Dance Your Shoes Off Chesapeake" and "Shield Chesapeake" to energize and mobilize people to help others through service, giving or prayer.

Brightcross also responds to local emergency support. We fill the gap in meeting needs of those affected by uncontrollable events such as the Chesapeake Crossing Apartment fire, that displaced over 150 residents.

Brightcross is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization serving the needs of those in the local community by bringing those with resources to those with needs.
