Dick Hornbeck is presently a Management Consultant to medium size companies that are achieving less than desired profits and leads management seminars (Leadership Alive) in public and company settings.

Prior to August, 2007, he spent 14 years as Operations and Development Director for Atlantic Shores Baptist Church and Christian School, Chairing the School Board as well and leading the construction and fund raising for 6 buildings in 9 years.

Just prior to answering God’s call to full-time ministry, Dick was a Managing Partner for 3 years with a Northeast base of operations in a Turnaround Acquisition and Management group (DHF & Associates) and for the previous 10 years was a corporate V.P. responsible for all support functions: Financial, Systems and I.T., Legal, Human Resources and Management Development for a $400 million company with a track record of 25% annual growth. Dick was consulting for that Company and leading a management seminar the day they hit the billion dollar mark.

Dick was able to successfully manage all these functions through 6 senior staff members who supported 120 branches, employing 25,000 contract personnel and servicing 15,000 customers.
